The care I receive has always been top shelf. They’re very professional, they know what they’re doing. And like I said, they give you options on the levels of care, how far you want to go, what you want to spend. I’ve always had a good experience with them. I’ve never had a secondary problem with post-op or anything like that, post dental, so I appreciate their expertise.

I think it’s the staff, it’s the way they explain things. You know, they’re very concerned with how we’re feeling, what’s going on. You know, and everybody is really, really truly caring. And that starts with Dr. Miller and everyone else I’ve worked with. They’re just very kind, easy to talk to and take the time to really explain things so I understand them if I’m ever having any work done.

Extremely, extremely important because you can’t really sit in the back room with them. You know, you’re kind of releasing them to, you know, the hygienist who is going to sit there and clean their teeth. And, you know, you want to make sure that your kids are comfortable. You want to make sure that they’re not afraid. From my experience as a kid and being kind of nervous as a kid, I don’t want my kids to not go to a dentist after they’re not under my supervision anymore. I wanted to always be a very positive experience for them. And that’s what this office has offered. My kids don’t think twice about coming to the dentist ever since they walked in the store. They both, you know, get their teeth cleaned. They make their appointment every six months. My daughter still, she lives in Boston right now, and she still makes her appointments here and she comes down and has her care done because she just loves being here. And she just has been very happy with her care. Her teeth are beautiful. My kids’ teeth are, actually, beautiful. They’ve been well cared for. And the staff themselves, they become, again, it’s a family-type atmosphere. You know, they know my kids from elementary school, high school, now college. They’re working adults. And they’ve been part of their lives, you know, since they’ve been, you know, five and six years old. I don’t know if my daughter will ever change her dentist. You know, it’s just worth the 45, 50-minute drive to come down here. And as a mother just coming in here and dropping them off and knowing that when they go in there and they do the x-rays and if there’s any kind of a problem, and they explain that to you. I trust Dr. Lung that anything that he’s telling me is, you know, or recommending to me is the appropriate intervention that needs to be done for the kids.
